Processing Time & Shipping Time:
Current processing time is 2-5 business days. Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship before contacting us for an update.
Once your order is processed, shipping time is 2-10 business days based on destination.
Shipping fees are automatically applied at checkout based on size and weight of product. Every order is sent with tracking included. Please double check that you have entered your full and complete address when purchasing. Mystic Mountain Crystals, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses, or being unclaimed from your post office.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any shop items. The only exception to this is in the case of missing items or the wrong items being sent. If your order is missing an item or you have received the wrong item, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Mystic Mountain Crystals, LLC is unable to fix your package if emailed after this time frame.
Damaged and Lost Packages:
Mystic Mountain Crystals, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods that may arrive in this state due to carrier mishandling.
Please keep in mind everything is packaged with care and is inspected before shipping out. Any damages in shipping are out of our control and the shipping company is responsible.
We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance covering up to $100, and First Class Mail for any package under 1lb with $20-100 insurance coverage based on the orders subtotal amount. If you would like to file a claim, this must be done directly on USPS' website by you. We do not handle claims. However, we can assist you if needed. Send us an email if you need assistance. There are no guaranteed refunds from USPS if you decide to file a claim. In order to maintain the highest chance of the claim going through with USPS, keep all original packaging and contents, and provide them photos and proof of the damage.
Tracking numbers are sent out to the email provided at checkout. Please check tracking numbers often to ensure that someone will be home to receive the package when it arrives, as leaving a package outside on the doorstep or in the mailbox makes them susceptible to theft or weather damage.
